Location

Park View City is on Malot Road in Zone IV, reached via Kuri Road and Bani Gala, with the main entrance from the Rawal Chowk side. It sits directly beside Bahria Enclave, about 15-20 minutes from central Islamabad. According to the developer, a 400-foot main boulevard runs through the society.

About Park View City

Park View City is developed by Vision Group, owned by politician and businessman Aleem Khan, who also built Park View City Lahore. The Islamabad project holds a CDA NOC for its approved layout, which puts it among the few Zone IV societies with clear federal approval, a big reason demand has stayed strong.

The society is organised into blocks by plot size: 5 Marla in Blocks A, B, F, J and K; 10 Marla in A, B, F, H and I; 1 Kanal in B, C, E, F and N; and 2 Kanal in D, M and P. Commercial plots of 6 and 8 Marla line the main boulevard. Planned amenities include a club, cinema, hospital, schools, underground electricity and a dedicated water reservoir; several of these are still under development.

Pros and Things to Watch

Pros: CDA NOC, strong recent price growth, well-known developer, Islamabad address, good mix of plot sizes for different budgets.

Watch out for: Check that the block you buy in falls inside the CDA-approved layout (the approved area is smaller than the full marketed project). Some amenities are still planned, and water-table depth varies by block. Ask before buying to build.

Approval history: CDA’s public list shows Park View City’s layout plan approved and NOC issued for 1,067.90 kanal. In July 2025 CDA approved a revised and extended layout of 5,828.75 kanal, on condition that no development or plot sales happen in the extended part until a fresh NOC is issued. Separately, in a December 2020 judgment on illegal construction in Zone IV, the Islamabad High Court termed the scheme’s original NOC illegal. Ask for the latest legal position before buying.
